A Clinical Psychologist and yoga teacher (RYT-200), based in the East Midlands, UK. My work took me through forensic services, child and adolescent mental health, and emergency medicine, among others, before I left the NHS to focus full-time on this practice. It started with a simple idea: that the body and the mind are rarely treated as part of the same conversation, and they should be. Every class, session and workshop here reflects that.
