Grace draws on years of NHS experience across trauma and mental health, working predominantly from a Compassion Focused Therapy approach, with the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is often what makes the difference. Based in the East Midlands, with online sessions available across the UK.
Every course of therapy starts with an initial consultation, so we can make sure it's the right fit before anything else.
Built on years of NHS experience across trauma, major injury and mental health services.
