This website is operated by Grace Thorne, trading as Grace Thorne Wellbeing, based in the East Midlands, UK. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Grace Thorne is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
We collect personal data that you choose to give us directly, through the forms on this site. Depending on which form you use, this may include:
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this site at present. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange bookings or consultations, and provide the service you've asked about. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Enquiry and waitlist forms on this site are handled by Netlify, our website hosting provider, who process form submissions on our behalf. You can read Netlify's own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and provide the service requested, or as required by professional or legal obligations. Clinical records, where applicable, are held separately in line with HCPC and BPS professional standards, and confidentiality is explained in full at the start of any clinical psychology consultation.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've handled your data incorrectly.
This site does not currently set any analytics or advertising cookies. Some third-party services embedded on the site in future, such as an online booking calendar, may set their own cookies, in which case this section will be updated with details and, where required, a consent option.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, please get in touch at [email].
